I have been using 1st Choice Property Maintenance, the company run by Mr Roy Wilson, for the last ten years.
Initially he carried out work for me on a rented property in Guildford and subsequently on my home. The works completed have ranged from mending a leaking joint, through general decorating, both inside and outside, bathroom and kitchen refurbishment, roofwork and minor building work.

Roy Wilson was recommended to me and I asked him to quote for fitting a new kitchen.  This was for a full refit including demolishing and rebuilding internal walls.  From the first meeting, the questions he asked and the detailed quote he provided, it was obvious that he had extensive experience.

Roy project managed the whole operation, engaging subcontractors where necessary, procuring materials or working with the materials I supplied.  From his wealth of experience he was able to suggest improvements to our initial designs that I had not considered, and which greatly improved the finished result. 
Roy and his team were always punctual and tidy, and worked hard with great enthusiasm and humour.  I am delighted with the result, which was delivered on time and within budget.  I have subsequently used Roy on other projects and been similarly impressed.
